How to properly send your damaged/ defective Wahl product(s) back to Wahl Clipper Corp. to be properly repaired/ replaced.

Step 1: Call 1-800-PRO-WAHL (1-800-776-9245) or visit our Support Form and one of our customer service representatives can gladly assist you in. If need be our customer service team can gladly provide you with a free prepaid label to send your product back to Repair.
Step 2: Place the Wahl product to be repaired in a box (see image below. You may want to include packing wrap to ensure no further damaged occur to your clipper during shipping.
Step 3: Please include Wahl's Repair Request Form with your product or a brief note including your: first & last name, phone number, shipping address (where product should be returned) and a brief description of the issues you are having with your product.

Step 5: Drop off your package to be shipped back to Wahl whether being UPS, USPS, Fedex, or other methods of shipping.
Please Note: it can take up to 2-3 weeks from the time your product is received to the companies location to be processed and service/ repaired. Wahl does it's best to aim for a quick turn around time on our product repairs. Please feel free to reach out to Wahl with any concerns about your repair.
